MENTALITY WOD is the ultimate resource for everything related to the mental aspect of fitness, performance and CrossFit. If you’re motivated to get to the next level or to compete at the top, this is the place for you. But, you don’t have to be a badass athlete to benefit from this page, because there are hundreds of tips that will help you in your daily life.

Your mind is so damn powerful and it can either propel you forward and set you apart, or it can hold you back. Your mentality is made up of your thought processes, feelings, beliefs and attitudes. is full of practical advice, insight and programs to help you improve right away. I leave out the pyschobabble and bullshit and I keep my coaching real and authentic.
