To be a more confident athlete or person, you have to continue to go after what you really want. Think of something that you really want to do, but you are not currently doing. Why aren’t you doing it?
To improve your confidence and go after your goals in CrossFit, you have to really believe one thing.
- You can handle anything CrossFit throws at you.*
Think about it. You’ve already managed to get this far in your life and you have overcome all sorts of shit in your past. You may not have handled every situation perfectly, but you were able to push through and get to where you are now.
Continue to remind yourself of this believe as often as possible.
