   More About Coach Dawn

I’m Dawn Fletcher, the owner of MENTALITY WOD.

I’ve been coaching for over 14 years and I’ve helped more than a dozen CrossFit Games Athletes and many others to championships, podiums, and elite competitions.

I’m a CrossFit Level 3, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and a specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Basically, I love this shit. I'm obsessed with it.

I played 3 sports in HS, 3 in college, and have been a professional coach and entrepreneur since.

I put this program together to help you maximize your potential because I believe that your mind is the X factor to becoming your best.
