Your diet directly impacts your mindset. Your nutrition either has a positive impact, or a negative impact, on your mentality.
What you eat is either helping you, or it’s hurting you.
My major goal is to help you live a fulfilling journey. I am at my best when I am helping others be their best. I want to help you tell a better story with your talents. I want to help you do what you’re capable of doing.
I am highly motivated to eat a diet that consists of meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits and healthy fats. I know that I feel much more energized, passionate, and focused when I eat those foods and nothing else. I am motivated to eat real, nutritious foods that I know are fueling my ability to train, coach and live very effectively.
- Each time you are about to eat or drink something
- think about the top 1 or 2 goals that you have in your training, or in your life.
- then, ask yourself this 1 simple question – “Is this food going to help me get closer to reaching my goals?”
Remember, the food that you eat can really help take you to the next level. It can help you have unwavering determination, optimism and mental strength. Or, the food you eat (or the unhealthy things you drink) can make you feel lethargic, unfocused, and full of doubt. You choose.
