Mentor Someone

I often learn the most when I am teaching others. What I mean is that, through relationships, and coaching, I am always learning about myself and about how to do things better. Often, we coach others so that we can help them improve, but we also end up helping ourselves.

The process of helping others is a beautiful thing. Today, I want to encourage you to…

  • Choose someone to mentor. Ask around at your box, or at your workplace and make an effort to mentor someone. Share what you’ve learned and help someone else evolve. Hopefully you’ll build a deep, meaningful connection.  Of course, in the meantime, you’ll also be learning a few things yourself!

I’ve been working with an intern and it has been an incredible experience for both of us. I know that we have grown closer, and we have both learned a lot by working together. I hope that I’ve helped her even half as much as she has helped me with my vision.
