I am big on the idea that less really is more. But, let’s not forget that those are just words and a way to simplify a bigger belief.
We all want to live well. I believe that it’s incredibly important to continue to eliminate clutter and excess in our lives, so that we can focus on what’s really important.
But, for today, let’s switch it up and think about what we might need more of in order to live (and therefore perform) better.
A few things we all could use more of
- Love, patience, acceptance, time with loved ones, rest, listening, pursuit of passions, giving, learning, creative time, nature, vulnerability, kindness, and squats.
We definitely don’t need more stuff. Focus on what you can remove and what you can add to your life, so that you can spend your time and energy pursuing what’s really important.
