Want to know a simple little formula for improving your mental strength? Want to be more mentally “tough”? Ready to be better than ever?
Follow these steps and you will dominate workouts and life on a consistent basis. Keep facing and chasing anything that holds you back.

1. Know your fears, worries, doubts, struggles, stressors, weaknesses, etc.

2. Share them (with your support team, coach, professional, god, journal – the more honest you are with more sources, the better)

3. Pursue the uncomfortable, physically and mentally

4. Improve (hit PRs, grow, feel amazing, do unbelievable things, help others, live less stressed, etc.)

5. Repeat
