1. Know your fears, worries, doubts, struggles, stressors, weaknesses, etc.
2. Share them (with your support team, coach, professional, god, journal – the more honest you are with more sources, the better)
3. Pursue the uncomfortable, physically and mentally
4. Improve (hit PRs, grow, feel amazing, do unbelievable things, help others, live less stressed, etc.)
