Injured? Share Your Pain To Improve Mindset

If you are currently injured, this post is for you.  If you are modifying workouts, or in PT to take care of your physical condition… you have to make sure you are also taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally.


  • Create relationships with others who are injured, sick or having other setbacks.  Ask your coaches if they know any other member that has gone through a similar injury.  It is important for you to know that you aren’t alone and to connect to people that have gone through similar situations.


The last thing you want to do is keep your pain to yourself and remove yourself from the community.
