Do you use feeling bad, down, or disappointed as a reason for doing nothing? When you feel upset, do you use this as a reason to stop trying?
Instead, when you have these not-so-great feelings (in the box and your life), immediately think about the following 2 things and begin to process what’s really going on
1. Why do I feel bad, down, disappointed, or upset?
2. How can I be proactive (given the current situation) ASAP?
That’s how you move from a fixed mindset, to a growth mindset.
