Some people set themselves up for success, others set themselves up for failure. What I mean, is that to get to the next level, you have to be willing to do the little things. You may need to make a new commitment, try a new program, invest in some new training shoes or hire a coach. You may need to watch some gymnastics videos, attend a certification course, or work on improving your mental game.
If you are a CrossFitter who feels stuck, or like you haven’t seen the progress that you want to, you may want to invest a little more in yourself. You may just need to change your plan of attack, and try something new. If you look at the top CrossFitters in the Sport, you’ll notice that they have made sacrifices to train, learn, grown, and work with others who push them. They hire coaches, they take the time to study and learn about mobility, and they spend whatever money they have left on high-quality fuel.

If you’re happy where you are, stick with what you’re doing. If you want growth, you have to seek after it by investing in yourself.
