Too Little, Just Right, Or Way Too Much?

How many minutes each day do you spend relaxing? One of the best ways to reduce stress and to stay balanced, is to spend time unwinding.

– Write down at least 10 things that help you feel very relaxed and/or rejuvenated

Then, for the next week, try this

  • At the end of each day, add up how many minutes you spent doing something from your list
  • Then write down next to that number “too little”, “just right”, or “way too much” so you can get a pulse on much downtime you really want and need

I suggest accumulating about 60 minutes of downtime. This may be done with little breaks or all at once. If I get any less than that…I am not my best.
