It is easy to get caught up in analysis paralysis and to spend your days thinking about the perfect way to make a change. The biggest challenge is always getting started.
“The secret to getting ahead is getting started.” Mark Twain
Once you have a clear goal and you want it very badly, you must start taking steps towards it. It may be rocky and messy at first, and you’ll likely stumble a little. It’s okay, this means you are learning, growing and making forward progress. I always say that it’s great to stumble…as long as you are stumbling forward. After you have written down what you want and why you want it, you simply need to jump in and get going.
Always keep these two things in mind
1. An imperfect start is MUCH better than a perfect daydream or vision.
2. A few mistakes are MUCH better than a few excuses.
