Each day you should find time to relax and rejuvenate. Your body needs downtime, and your mind needs downtime.
- Write down at least 10 things that make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. These should be things that make you feel at ease and calm. *
- When was the last time you did something on this list? Do you prioritize down-time each day?
Find time or schedule time to do things on that list and continue to remind yourself that you can not be your best when you don’t give your body and mind time to chill.
