Have you ever had trouble concentrating on the WOD because your mind is full of worry? Do you find yourself thinking about things that you ‘need to do’ or ‘should be doing’ that have nothing to do with your workout? Your mind is everywhere else and not at all focused on what you have to do to have a great training session?
If you find yourself distracted by worries…
- Take a few minutes to jot them down. Put them on paper, (or in your smart phone)
- Then, set aside time to process through them or talk them out with someone
Doing these things will help you to clear your mind and concentrate on what’s really important.
