Admit your mistakes. Always be the first to admit if you made an error or did something wrong. Do not stay quiet or blame someone or something else for your mistake. If you missed a round, forgot the rep count, or accidentally said the wrong weight, make the correction. We all mess up and most of the time, it’s no big deal.
Come clean if you made a mistake, even if you think that no one noticed. It’s not about other people, it’s about you and your integrity. Saying you were wrong, that you messed up or that you didn’t mean to do something, is really good for your mentality. Admitting mistakes is a strength, not a weakness.
