Occasionally, I will use these posts to challenge you and leave you with a drill or a question that will make you think. The goal of Mentality WOD is to help you get to the next level in your training. I want you to get the most out of your workouts and feel ready for anything that life throws at you. That often requires you to dig deep and get uncomfortable.
We are quick to focus on what we need to do more of to get the results we want. Especially when it comes to being stronger, faster, leaner, and better at certain movements. We are always trying to find ways to do more and fit more into our schedules to be better athletes.
- Take 5 minutes and think of 3 things you could do less of in order to see even greater results. What are 3 things you could cut down on, or give up, to get more out of your training and to get closer to your goals. This is personal to you and it could be anything. Go!
