A lot of people struggle to focus on clear goals in CrossFit. This is because there are so many damn movements to work on. If you just want to get more fit, by whenever, then keep hitting regular WODs 4 days a week. If you want to get better at certain movements, then you need to become focused and specific with your training.
Have some goals. Focus mostly on short-term, performance-oriented ones that can be measured.
Ex: “I want to Deadlift 300lbs by the end of March” – You should know where you are right now in relation to this goal.
Come up with 2 things, right now, that you really want to accomplish in the next 60 days. Share them with someone, or comment below.
