Before the workout, get in the routine of prepping your mind. Just like you do a physical warm-up, you should do a mental warm-up. You are getting your body and mind ready to perform.
- At some point before the WOD starts (on your way to the box, or during your warm-up), begin to think about what you want to focus on, and how you’re going to make sure you get the most out of the hour.
