You know when you stop doing something, and it takes a back seat because it just feels too hard or too overwhelming to get into? You know how it just keeps getting harder to do those things because you keep putting them off?
Drilling your weaknesses may be challenging, but you have to find a way to tackle the things you keep putting off. You must do this if you want to be your best:
1. Ask a coach for help.
2. Get back to simple, basic drills.
3. Make a plan/schedule for when you’re going to practice those movements that keep taking a back seat.
