Be confident and be coachable. Just like everything else, you gotta find a balance. As an athlete, you should do two things each day to continue working on this balance.
1. Reflect on something you are proud of (an achievement, record, growth).
2. Ask someone you trust for their help or opinion.
The more consistently you do both of these, the more confident and coachable you’ll be.
