You Get Better By Trying


After you check out the WOD, begin to set little goals for your upcoming performance. You may want to get more reps, use more weight, move quicker, use a full(er) range of motion, jump higher, sprint further, etc.

You don’t need to break world records and hit PRs every WOD, but you should always look to improve by setting a couple of small goals. These will help you focus and push even harder.

Whether you reach them or not, you get better by trying.
