Put Your Head Down

Too many people are concerned with everyone else around them (especially before and during a WOD). You may want to glance at the scores before a workout. You might take a second to check out how someone else is doing during a workout. Staring at another CrossFitter during a WOD isn’t going to help you. Calculating how you are going to beat John’s score, right before it’s go time, is not going to help you.

Your best doesn’t happen by focusing on what others are doing.

Your best happens by focusing on what YOU are doing.

Put your head down, and get to freaking work.
