You know why it’s too hard, stressful and complicated? Because you keep telling yourself that it’s hard, stressful, and complicated.
How many times a day do you say that you are stressed? Or that something is too hard for you? The more I hear people say those types of things, the more I realize that I don’t want to live or speak that way. Listen to others and decide what you want for yourself.
- First off, become aware of your thoughts and what you are saying.
- Then, start to change those words, and the way you talk to yourself and others.
You are making everything you do harder by repeating negative words over and over in your head and when you talk. It is time to change.
