Who you train with and who you train around matters.
Train with those who are passionate, driven, up for new challenges, fun and energetic. Train with those who support you, challenge you, and hold you accountable. If you are constantly surrounded with people that bitch about the WOD and always make excuses, you’re training and mentality may suffer. You need to get away from them.
I coach my athletes to literally move away from negative people, and to surround themselves with training partners, groups, and coaches who are fired up and ready to get after it.
