You want to be mentally strong? You have to be the one to develop that strength, perseverance and toughness. As often as you can, you gotta dive into uncomfortable training situations. Here are a couple ways you can do that:
- Chase after new experiences.
- Go after anything that is challenging and demanding in a way that you aren’t used to.
- Sign up for a different event.
- Train with someone out of your league.
- Try a new sport.
The more often you do this, the stronger you’ll be.
My goal through Mentality WOD is to not only tell you what will help you, but to give you actual strategies that you can put into WODs (asap).
