It’s the night before your big event. What do you do? Do you spend all night preparing and going over your form and lifts? The honest answer is you shouldn’t do anything like that.
The night before a competition you should do something that is not related to your sport. All of your preparation and planning should be done. A night spent watching videos, reading about other competitors, or practicing HSPUs in your hotel room is really counterproductive.
Get out, hang with others, chill, read or watch a movie (without focusing on your sport, event, competition, competitors, or strategy).
